Chris Straka was very courteous and quickly responsive to my e-mails. His technician washed all of the windows and doors on our entire home on the outside as requested. It is a raised ranch house so considerable ladder work was required and a lot of the lower level windows are close to dense shrubbery which made the job more difficult. The technician was right on time and the job took nearly four hours to complete because the windows were filthy and covered with insect residue. The technician was professionally dressed, well-groomed and polite. The windows are absolutely perfectly spotless and cleaner than they have ever been since we've lived here (30 years). The price was a very good value and the work was perfectly done. I cannot think of anything that Chris could or should do better in the future.
