- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have learned that I work very efficiently, much quicker than others, typically. Therefore, I don’t feel comfortable charging an hourly rate for most jobs. I feel like I usually get jobs done in half the time as others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different. I just listen to what they want, and we figure out a plan. I don't request to see houses prior, however if a customer requests this, I gladly accept.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a recent project to help a woman struggling with depression. I was able to get her house clean and organized and it felt so good to help her!
