- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are upfront and transparent. No work will ever be performed without my clients being aware of the cost, knowledgeable of the outcome, and agree to all of the above. Most services are a free on-site visit, whereas the only charges for a visit would be if the equipment isn't working and we need to troubleshoot it to find out why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients connect with me on the platform, schedule an appointment, receive a phone call to confirm the appointment and gather any relevant information. At that point we show up for the appointment, figure out what the project will take, work out an agreeable price, and proceed with the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of industry experience, doing everything from service, maintenance, installation, and system design. I hold several certifications from the Air Conditioning Contractors of America for all of the items listed above. All of the equipment I service includes: Air conditioners Furnaces Minisplits Boilers Attic units And many more
