Andy and his crew were absolutely fantastic to work with, and they far exceeded our expectations for our shower!! We can’t believe how incredibly perfect it looks… beyond what we could have dreamed! Andy was very responsive, flexible, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. You can tell that his business and reputation mean a lot to him, and he’ll work hard to live up to the very high standards he sets for himself. Andy is the best! I am so thrilled with the results but more than that I am so pleased to meet someone who takes pride in their work. He is also friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. I will have other tile projects in the future and Andy is the only tile setter I will call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for square foot vary on type of tile, customization, length of project. Reasonably priced, lean towards a touch above average cost in the area due to a keen eye for detail and my guarantee for no charge returns for any minor adjustments/ touch ups. More negotiable and lenient for cash jobs (no invoice).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Address the area(s) for tile work through contact. Meet homeowner for a measurement and level check for working conditions to determine the extent of the job. Review my info and send out a quote. Negotiate. Establish a date and time to start tile work. 25% down before the start for materials. 50% down if I need to acquire the tile.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previous individual tile work from working general construction for 6 years. I’ve worked one full year under a tile company, who also does outstanding work.
