- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not want to be the lowest price. We want to have a business that can afford to take it's time to do things right and fix any issues. We were once new and priced our labor cheap and learned from it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with new customers over the phone first and see if our values are aligned. If we seem to be a good match we will usually qoute a rough price . If everyone is on board we will arrange a time to meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years experience. And we stay up to date on trade publications. It's important to always be improving and changing.
