Igor did a fantastic job painting our basement. He was able to fit us in quickly, and did the whole thing in one day. He was easy to work with and I will be hiring him again when we get ready to paint more in the house. Absolutely recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of my work depends on your project, if it is a small project, then it is a fixed cost, if it is a large project that will take a day or several days, then the cost of the work is negotiated with the client. Additional costs are also discussed if the client wants me to buy the necessary materials! I also help to make estimates for the purchase of materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a request for the provision of services, I ask the customer to describe his project, after which we discuss the time and cost of work convenient for the customer.

I have a construction education and many years of experience in the field of construction , maintenance and repair.
