I hired Igor to paint a few rooms in a rental house for me. He is very attentive , great communication and did a great job. (More to do in the future). He sent before / after pictures and made me feel very comfortable , even though I didn’t actually get to be at the project. He is not cheap , but not expensive. Good value based on the job done. Reliable , professional and great communication. Would highly recommend Igor.

Igor was all around fantastic. Highly recommend. Within 15 min of my posting a job he messaged me and was available the same day. He and his partner carried a 100lb desk up my 5 flights of stairs to attic office and put it together in under an hour. As he was ready to leave he noticed one of the soft touch drawers didn't work correctly (not his fault the drawers came pre installed) and stayed another 15 min fiddling to fix it. Made my weekend to check this task off my list!

Igor did a fantastic job installing an IKEA pax closet in our bedroom. He was very thorough with his work and did an excellent job. I would recommend Igor for any project needed in your home. He was very friendly and always showed up on time with a positive attitude, he was wonderful!

GREAT experience with Igor! He responded immediately to my request, drove an hour away from me AND still arrived early. He had everything he needed with him, started the project right away, completed it in a timely manner, and didn't mind my bothersome dog checking his work :) He installed a heavy rural mailbox post per USPS spec standards. He was personable yet professional. I would highly recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of my work depends on your project, if it is a small project, then it is a fixed cost, if it is a large project that will take a day or several days, then the cost of the work is negotiated with the client. Additional costs are also discussed if the client wants me to buy the necessary materials! I also help to make estimates for the purchase of materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a request for the provision of services, I ask the customer to describe his project, after which we discuss the time and cost of work convenient for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a construction education and many years of experience in the field of construction , maintenance and repair.
