Brandon came on time, a few minutes early in fact. He did a great job mounting my tv. He asked my input on certain placements to make sure I’d be satisfied. He had a great personality and is good at what he does. I’ll definitely use him again and I highly recommend him.

It was a disappointing experience. He said he could be at my home at 9:00. I changed a commitment from 9:00 to noon so I would be home at the time he chose. When he didn’t show up or text me by 9:30, I reached out to him asking if he was still coming. He responded that he’d come sometime after 11:00. So I booked someone else. Not great customer service. Update: To Brandon’s credit, he called me to say that he had been working on a plumbing emergency since 3:00 am. I understand that emergencies happen and it’s to his credit that he was working. But I still wish he had just let me know. He’s working hard to grow his business and I respect that. I went with someone else but wished him luck. Tbh, I’d delete my original post if Thumbtack would let me.

Found the handyman unprofessional due to following reasons:- Hardly worked for 1 hour but was here for 1.5 hours due his 4 -5 phone calls and he also used the restroom 2times in 30mins of his visit. He took around 10 mins to find the part (on some website) required to order to complete the repair. He charged me for 1.5 hours + charged for PayPal fees which he would incur as I opted for PayPal mode of payment.

But we remained busy quietly testing all components of your oven for verification of failure. Drinking plenty of water is important on hot days for safety. We do charge for certain chosen payment services, that in return charge us. We hope you can understand and give us the opportunity to install the part when it arrives. Thank you.
