- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a number of factors depending on the service. We offer a military and first responder discount. We offer free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to talk to the customer and listen to what kind of service(s) they need. Then we provide an estimate price for that service(s). We then work with the customer to find the best date and time to complete the agreed upon service. Often times I explain our services to the customer so they know how we will handle their specific concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my co-owner have been cleaning windows for over ten years. Much of our training with that service has come from experience. I completed a three day soft washing course in March 2019, that covered training related to roof cleaning, window washing, and house washing.
