- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my personal chef services : Cookdates--$275.00 plus groceries---usually 30-45 meals every 3-4 weeks.I can do weekly cookdates with clients signing on for 6month contracts. I work with my clients to customize menus to meet various pricing requests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a family that was very food minded....I was catering with my dad as an adolescent and our first family restaurant at 15. I went to the CIA out of high school and have since spent my life working in all facets of the restaurant business. Mostly I just love to cook for friends and clients alike...good fresh food is meant to be shared and has the ability to make an impact in our daily lives. I strive to fill that role for my clients.
