- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding ceremonies are $275, parties, receptions, conferences and other events differ depending on what is requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact is made via email and once I know the details, I like to talk with the customer directly on the phone to make sure we are on the same page, and if it is a fit I will send an informal contract ensuring everything is clear and agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Pedagogy from Lawrence University and have over 20 years experience performing, directing and teaching.
