FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are determined by where the training takes place, the length of the session and how often I work with the client. My base fee for in home personal is 70.00. In home couples fee is 90.00. Buy a package of 20 sessions and get a 5% discount. If you train with me at my studio or local gym in New London, I charge a base fee of $50.00 per hour and $35.00 for 1/2 hour sessions. Initial physical assessment fee is $40.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically email new clients some health information and waiver forms for them to fill out and send back to me. We then set up a meeting place and time, so we can get to know each other and I can get a clear understanding of the clients goals. If the client and I agree to work together, I perform some physical assessments on the client to help me determine what type of program would be most beneficial for them.
