Hello Tom, thank you for your review as we do appreciate and welcome all feedback so we can improve and only become a better company and strengthen our company culture even more so we can continue to provide excellent service and experience for our homeowners. In reviewing your specific instance I am however a bit perplexed, could you please help me understand whom you are referring to in your review specifically? To clarify my understanding, for your specific request, we received a request from you Sunday evening 4/16/23 at 8:23pm. We did send within one minute an initial reply at this time. As this was outside of normal work hours and our office is closed Sundays so our employees can enjoy a day of rest and time with their families, we began to contact you further Monday 4/17/23 regarding your project interest. Your project interest being a partial roof replacement on a home located in New Berlin that you had an approved insurance claim which also indicating that roof lifespan was over. My client operations specialist left a message with you at the number provided Monday 4/17/23 at 10:42am CT, then followed with a text message at 12:12pm CT. The 1 star review you left was at 7:40pm Monday 4/17/23. As there was not even a 24 hour timeframe that lapsed between receiving your initial request, verbal or in writing contact was never made with you, a complimentary project consultation appointment never set, nor a Work Agreement signed, initial down payment received from the insurance company as prefaced by in the request and then subsequently not enough time to obtain the materials, deliver then complete an actual roofing project, I am a bit perplexed as to whom you are referring to in your review? Kingdom stands by our work and our commitment to excellence to our homeowners and has always made things right to the best of our ability. As we are fully licensed and insured a claim like this would be covered by our insurance and a non issue and something we would by no hesitation make right. We care very much about our homeowners, their home, and their personal property. To date we have never had to utiliize our insurance as we take great care of our homeowners and their homes. We take enhanced measures to protect their property and have them move anything that can be that may possibly be damaged outside of the work zone. We have been known even if there is slight damage to a small plant in a homeowners landscaping to replace it. We are tenaciously proactive to stay in communication through the lifecycle of a project with our homeowners and really do our best to provide an exceptional client experience. To date, we have no such homeowner with any priority issues like this. If we did it would have immediately been brough to a resolution. Additionally, we have a dedicated project manager that monitors every project that is in process and any potential issue would have been caught before happening. Tom, I wish you all the best and hope that if this truly did happen to you that the contractor that actually DID this would take ownership and make it right with you. Perhaps, next time, Kingdom can serve your needs and we can provide you with a stress free experience and long term satisfaction for years to come as our clients become like family for us. Take care Tom and thank you for the opportunity for me to share about Kingdom and how we would actually address an issue like this should it actually happen.

First of all they refused our project because we have a smaller home...seriously? I don't appreciate the disrespect just because my home is smaller that you refuse to work with us. (under 500sqft interior) What happens if a home needs a smaller repair? So rude and disrespect of specific people.

I do sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding that was present here that prompted you to leave a 2 star review without officially connecting with us to speak in more specifics regarding your project. We genuinely care about every homeowner, their home and every project that is within the scope of services we provide. We do not discriminate on persons or size of project. We actually intentionally have the settings for our services set to service small projects to large projects and enjoy serving all homeowners. This is not something we would tolerate at our company and do not employ anyone that would treat others that way. Our team and culture is truly passionate about providing excellent service from initial contact to project completion. If at any time a client or homeowner feels they are not receiving 5 star service we immediately address it and do all we can to rectify it. I was able to confirm that no one in our company had been in contact with you except the voicemail we left to connect further with you and my messages to you. We responded right away to your request within one minute, left a voicemail to speak with you regarding your project within 10 minutes, then after that followed up with a message in Thumbtack looking to speak with you. After sending the last message I did go into a meeting of which just ended shortly ago. So that we can better understand and possibly improve for the future please contact us to let us know where made you feel that way.
