What a Great job!! These guys had it done in one(1) day. They worked like well oil machine. Everything I worried about they took care of it. This company has its act together. The team was great. Very reasonable in price. Did there job very respectful answered all my questions. Did a fantastic job on my garage. Matched the color of trim to the house new weather stripping around the door. Clean up was like they were never there. I definitely refer them to anyone that needs work done. Thank you no more getting on a ladder to paint trim. Very happy. Betty

I had a very large project of LP smart side on a larger home. Although the communication wasn’t as good as it could have been, the value, and the work quality more than made up for it. The guys were absolute machines, ridiculously productive and very thorough. The project turned out wonderful and I’m very appreciative of the work they did. I’d recommend them in a heart beat.

We contracted with AllCity in Feb 23 for a completion date of May 23. They:
1. Had to redo the rubber roof 3 times because of poor work, and IT STILL LEAKS
2. The gutters weren't pitched to the downspouts
3. They didn't remove rotten wood per the contract until we pointed it out
4. The decking on top of the roof wasn't even ordered until way after the supposed completion date. Work started in late July
5. The railings they ordered were wrong when they arrived in Sept. I stopped the install.
6. It took 2 MONTHS for them to REORDER them. They arrived in late fall. Forgot to order one section. Still don't have it. P
7. Deck was almost finished in Dec. STILL NOT DONE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T PAY THE SUB WHAT HE WAS OWED!
8. THE SUB FILED FOR A LIEN ON OUR HOUSE even though we paid A.C. More than the contract.
9. Went AWOL many times, poor communication, etc
10.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ZERO STARS.

We do agree this job did not go very smoothly. We had a sales associate that was supposed to run this job but ended up disappearing on us after the job was sold. Left us to figure it out. This is not even the type of work we do. We were definitely left in limbo trying to figure it out. We did the best we could with what knowledge we knew about what was going on.
All City Isn’t being sued by anybody any legal matters are resolved.
Rubber roof Was redone one time because the tapered system was installed incorrectly. But they installers corrected the problem With no additional cost to the homeowner
Gutters were installed correctly never had to be repitch service manager went out there and put a level on them and they were pitched correctly Had some standing water in them, but that is normal. The homeowner thought because there was standing water they were pitched incorrectly. It was barely an 8th of an inch.
Roof decking was not rotten. It was discolored, but was not rotten at all but the homeowner requested for it to be removed and we did as they asked.
We do agree the railings were ordered wrong because of the sales associate, but the owner did correct the situation and had to re-order the correct railings at his own expense. No expense to the homeowner. It did take a little longer for them to get in because they were special order materials.
According to the subcontractor, the deck was completed that is why he was paid in full a reasonable amount for the work that he did and he cashed the check which closed everything out. He has absolutely no lien rights
We’ve done our best communicate with the homeowner to relate when materials were coming in and the status of the project.
As you can see none of our other clients, have any issues with our communication or their install.
