- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is the most asked question from potential new clients. The answer is much more complicated. We provide a simple pricing plan that will depend on the number of units, properties, location, and desired services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a new client always begins with making sure we are a good fit for each other. Our goal is to make sure both the new client and Bartsch Management are on the same page from the beginning. Once that is achieved, we will come up with a plan together on how best to handle the transition of management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Bartsch Management has been in the industry for 15 years. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where is currently obtaining his Certified Property Manager accreditation. Brian is also active with the Apartment Association of South East Wisconsin where he has serviced on the board for the past five years.
