FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very very fair. Most corporate gyms will charge you upwards of $75-$80 dollars a session and lock you into this crazy contract. Not to mention if you end up not liking your trainer or don’t think they are doing a good job, you are usually stuck with them. I currently charge $40 a session which is very affordable. I offer discounts when amounts are paid in full in advance, as well as if you decide to train more than once per week. You also get a FREE membership to my gym which many others can’t offer you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a free meeting with them to discuss more in depth their goals and fitness history, as well as get to know them and find out certain things to best help them reach their goals. I then usually offer them one free session to “try before they buy” which gives them a chance to see what my gym is like as well as what training with me is like. If they want to continue , then we get them on a schedule and go from there. If they don’t choose to continue with me, I make sure to help layout a plan for them to make some progress on their own. You never leave empty handed with me and you get a lot before you need to hand over any money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my NASM Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. It is one of the best training certifications you can have and consists of months of studying and learning with a test at the end needing higher than 80% to pass.
