- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to take life situations into consideration when working out a pricing plan. There may be a travel fee for towns further out from the Milwaukee Metro area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary Assessment to discuss your needs and goals. This can be done over the phone, via video call or in-person in your home. This usually takes about 20-45 minutes. For decluttering projects, we'll schedule our first session and hit the ground running. When we start an organizing/space planning project, we work together to make sure we have a plan to make your space work better for you and your family!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent most of my life organizing and optimizing! Making spaces and routines more efficient has been a life-long passion. Before becoming a professional organizer, most of my career was spent in the corporate world as an administrative professional and most recently, a continuous improvement project specialist and project manager. Organizing is really just Continous Improvement for the Home!
