I’m sure that each of us has experienced the pleasures and displeasures of dealing with independent contractors at one time or another. You know the stories… “I’ll be there”, then they don’t show up for days; no calls, no texts, no communication, until all of a sudden they show unannounced, at their convenience, not yours. Or what about the fact that it seems to always cost more when it’s done then when you originally had the initial conversation… But occasionally, you meet someone who strikes you as being genuinely real. Someone who cares about you, your needs, your time slots and your realistic financial abilities. You talk to them about your project, they take down your info, they surprise you with immediate quotes, they ask when it’s convenient for you to have them work, they show up, they do the work efficiently and for the agreed upon price, … and there you have it. A successful project done to your liking. All that to tell you that Hugo and his crew are such people. They are reliable, professional, timely, and honest. One gets the sense that they honestly do care; and it shows I’m their work. I fully support and recommend them for your projects. I know that I’ll certainly use them again!

Hugo and his team are hard workers. Hugo was very responsive and took the time to discuss options on the project with me, even coming late in the evening after a full day. He suggested to change the course of what I originally wanted to do but in the end saved us money and the end product is what we were looking for. The crew worked a very long day and got the project done despite finding a massive stockpile of old broken concrete and cinder blocks behind our garage. All of which they hauled out. Really very thorough, and we appreciated their work.
