From the first point of contact Larrell was great! We discussed the actual job so we both had a clear understanding and he also went over pricing up front so we both knew what to expect of one another. This was my first time using Thumbtack so Larrell walked me through few different options and got me where I needed to be. Once the booking was set Larrell provided me with his direct business line number and told me I could contact him there. On the day of the booking, Larrell confirmed with me an hour in advance and that was much appreciated. I was relieved that Larrell showed up with his own box truck as I needed not only his heavy lifting expertise but also his junk removal service. Larrell and his partner moved my 3 bedroom home down a flight of stairs. While that may not sound like a lot, it was. The items moved consisted of a couch, a loveseat, 2 accent chairs, a recliner, 3 end tables and the list does go on. Larrell cares for my items as if they were his and I loved that part. I have china from the 1800’s that has been passed down from generation to generation and he took extra care of that box for me. Oh, I almost forgot they also moved a full size washer & dryer from the basement. Larrell and his partner did a wonderful job so if you are thinking of hiring him/them PLEASE DO! With the moving of the home, Larrell and partner loaded said home into a box truck. Thanks again Larrell! You made this move such a no brainer.

I have nothing but accolades for this team! Their quote was a bit higher than the others that replied but I'm glad I went with them. They took the items I listed plus a few more they saw. I could not feel more blessed. I was 300 miles away and called for help for my elderly dad and disabled nephew who experienced a flood. Their basement had big items in it they could not move. The team responded in 5 minutes, showed up and took everything my dad needed removed and my dad never lifted a finger. That made me feel secure he did not get injured and we both were relieved to get the items removed quickly. The team was polite and friendly my dad told me after. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN! .
