I scheduled a deep clean for $170 dollars that only included the first floor of our home. Our regular cleaner broke her arm and we were in need of cleaning. The two women that showed up were punctual and kind, but this was by no means a deep cleaning. They spent an awfully long time cleaning one part of the house and rushed the rest. Our open floor plan kitchen was essentially not cleaned. They took care of the gas stove, but left the vent and grates dirty. Never cleaned the inside of the oven or microwave. The tile in our mudroom was left as is. The floor in the living room was not cleaned. The lights above the island were not even touched with dust all over. I figured they may have ran out of time…. But once I started inspecting areas that they started with, it was evident they barely cleaned. Even the most basic things like mirrors had streak marks… the bathroom shower glass was not full cleaned either. I would not recommend for those looking for cleaning… although they are prompt and responsive the level of work is poor.
