I asked for a deep clean. They contracted with a single person that came by bus that was a contractor, not even one of their employees. The only reason I cared why or how she came is that she was not able to bring heavy duty equipment on the bus, obviously. She worked very hard, but I needed a lot done and she ran out of time and did not finish as completely as I would have liked. But to be fair, as I said, I needed a lot done. For the price and results. I would rate my experience a little above average.

Seriously upset about this “cleaning”. I paid for a 5hr “basic cleaning” she called it. When I got home the only things that were cleaned were the floors bathrooms and countertops in the kitchen. Not ONE of my tables or surfaces were cleaned. My kitchen & living room tables were not touched! I have a dog, and yes, my house was pretty dirty, but this was astonishing to see. I got home and spent 40 minutes cleaning all the the surfaces. I also had to pick up debris on the floor that they vacuumed and mopped around! I expressed my concern to Erin and she stated that she wanted to help manage my expectations. She explained that the time ran out and they focused on the bathrooms as a priority. I told her she should have called me and explained the situation and given me a choice to decline additional time or pay them for more time. Instead, they just left the job unfinished. I’ll never use this company again. I am only giving 2 stars rather than 1, because I paid an upgrade for more time to have the fridge cleaned and they did a good job on that. These photos are after they left.
