Jenna was phenomenal to work with. She was extremely responsive, was on time, and jobs were done with extreme quality and care. I even asked her to do some additional tasks to document the condition of my rental property and she went above and beyond. She ran into a challenge with my dryer and ended up coming back to the home to make sure the job was competed to my satisfaction. Cannot recommend Jenna enough!

I recently moved and my new place hadn't been cleaned as I'd expected. Almost everything associated with this move had gone wrong and the amount of cleaning necessary for me to feel comfortable in my new place was way too much for me....overwhelming. So glad I found Cook's Cleaning!! I was given a fair/reasonable quote and they were here less than 2 days later, right when they said they'd be here. Very happy with them from the start. Very polite and friendly. I feel confident recommending them and if I require cleaning service again, Cook's is who I'll call. Thank you for a wonderful job, Jenna and Zachary!!
