My journey began with a beautiful home birth for my first child, which was everything I hoped for as a doula. But my subsequent pregnancies brought unexpected challenges. By the time I was pregnant with my third child, daily activities became exhausting, and I ultimately needed a C-section. The recovery was incredibly tough, and despite my background, I felt isolated and unsupported. I realized how crucial it is for mothers to have comprehensive care during their postpartum journey, especially after a C-section.
