- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is firm and fair. I do no up charge material and I always am on the clock with the customer so if I estimated 2 hours and only worked 1 I only charge for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a good conversation with the customer make them feel like I’m listening and they are heard. I am never rude or abrasive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more street smarts when it comes to education. Started when I was working with my dad at 13 then developed into being an installer for directv and it grew from there.
