- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payments are monthly and must be received on the first lesson of each month. I keep my pricing competitive and also send students up to two 10-15 min make up videos per month when given 24hr notice of cancellation in advance. Students are required to to bring materials and practice between lessons. 30 days notice is required to discontinue without charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first lesson is focused on learning what the student's musical interests are, their current level of ability (even if beginners!) and setting simple goals to achieve them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages and backgrounds working on a very diverse range of musical interests and styles.
