DCW Construction was a great company to work with! They stayed in constant communication with me and answered any and all questions I had almost immediately. Any changes I wanted done they were quick to do and offered multiple options to me. The project was done in a timely manner and it was really affordable! They built a room for my private music studio. I’m including some pictures! I didn’t have them paint it because my students and I are painting it together as a bonding activity! Thank you for all you did!

Carlos and team were an absolute dream to work with. I feel incredibly lucky to have found him! A few highlights: - Carlos is extremely communicative with the schedule of the project, brings up any ideas or questions he has during and will give multiple options for solutions - his team does fantastic work. Everything is done with great quality and are friendly during each process - if there are ever any issues the team is on top of it right away - I ran into an issue with my carpet delivery and Carlos and his team took care of it no questions asked. He went above and beyond and really made this whole project so seamless! My entire project included a complete renovation of the bathroom, finishing the attic, removing a few doors and a complete gut of my kitchen and removing of a wall to make my home open concept. Great work to the team (photos attached)

Carlos came on time to our appointment for a walk through and estimated but never follow up with a quote. Did not respond when I followed up to ask if he can provide us a quote/estimate.

Hello Shuwei, I sent you an email 10/30/28 - 20:22 pm. Where I specified that we couldn’t take you project because the property has a lot of code violations through all the house and we won’t be able to take responsibility of that, I’m not sure if you didn’t received, but if not, I hope you find the right contractor to work with those violations. Carlos and his crew were very nice. However, the construction did not go as promised. The first week there was no work done and it extended the deadline by two weeks. We had to pay for an Airbnb for my grandma to stay at and it was very expensive. The electrical outlet in the bathroom does not work, there is no floor tile in front of the kitchen sink or under the refrigerator. Our phone and cable lines were cut and the company had to come out and reline them. The paint is bubbling off the walls also. Other than that it looks great. We have to fix all the issues though.
