The contractor was available to quote almost immediately, did a great job consulting with me on what I needed, and then proceeded to immediately do the job and also do needed maintenance on my other garage door too. Very happy with it all, very quick and smooth, with good quality work done.

I was quoted for a spring replacement by another company after my tune up and inspection and my gut said the amount was high. I requested a competitive bid from My Garage Guy and boy am I glad I did! Generally good. We noticed grease on garage door before he left. Helped me clean it off. I had this gentleman and another company come the next day for another job. I did not notice that some vehicle left a spot and trail down my driveway until both gone. Unfortunately, both providers claimed their vehicles do not leak and I have no way of proving it so the stain remains. Too cold now to try to wash it.
