- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system is set with breed, size, temperament as well as time and intricacy of cuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and answer all questions with the best of our knowledge and expertise with the hope of making the customer feel at ease. We realize that pets are family and treat them as such.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the wisconsin school of professional pet grooming and stay current on latest trends, breed standard/specific cuts as well as animal cpr. I also just completed and returned from Utah with a certificate in animal aromatherapy and plan on continuing my education in providing that service.
