I'm Michelle Guthrie -- U.S. professional national 10-dance finalist, amateur national champion, and representative to the World Games. I teach ballroom & Latin dance to all levels of students, from newcomer to pro. I tailor my expert training to YOUR interests and abilities, so you have a blast learning and feel confident on the dance floor. $75 for one 55-minute lesson, 1-5 people. $375 for a package of 5 lessons. More than 5 people? Group classes are $15/person. Lessons in downtown Milwaukee (East Towne Ballroom) or New Berlin (Casa Collective Studio). Also available at client site for additional fee.

We wanted lessons and choreography for our wedding dance and Michelle did not disappoint. She is so easy to work with and a lot of fun! We are looking forward to rocking our special dance at our wedding reception and will be back to learn Salsa just for fun! Michelle, thanks so much for helping us to make our big day special. :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to discuss your interests. Following that, wedding or private lesson dance students usually meet me for a first lesson; from there we estimate the number of lessons and time commitment to meet their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NADTA Certified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been teaching dance since age 14. I began teaching partner dance as a member of a college club in 1997 and never stopped!
