FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices low as i am very detail oriented. I can finish any project fast and sloppy but I prefer to never have a call back unless its for a different project. I work at a standard pace to assure there are no mistakes when I'm done and dont believe charging a customer sky rocketed prices, like you see now a days, for sloppy work is acceptable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually inform them a handful of times how methodical and picky I am. Once i get a feel for them better I like to stay in contact throughout the entire process and even after the project is over to make sure they are still satisfied. I educate them on how i do things and why i do things that way so they're kept in the loop.
