Having over 20 years of experience in various home servicing needs I decided to branch out on my own in 2020 to have a more one-on-one focus with my customers. A lot of my work is done on rental properties for a large management company in Milwaukee County. My focus is being efficient, being detailed, and doing the job right promptly. To some, my pricing may seem high. But in all honesty, a lot of my pricing is lower than what it should cost for the market. I will not shy away from pointing something out to any customer if it would be a cost-saving benefit to them before work begins. Let's get the job done and progress forward. We can't say enough amazing things about JSArnold! We had a late-afternoon / early evening emergency on a Saturday, and James not only responded immediately, but took action just as fast.........coming out, working late that night and then right away again first thing the following day (which was a Sunday) to diagnose, order & pick up additional parts and finally make the appropriate repairs! There are alot of options when it comes to your plumbing contractors on here and you shouldn't hesitate to call JSArnold in the future for any and all work! I know we won't! Great job!

I had a weekend plumbing debacle and was looking for someone who could come out on a Saturday so I could turn the water back on in my house. JSArnold replied to my inquiry very quickly and was able to assess the situation and give me a specific time he could arrive. He gave me a heads up just prior to his arrival and was on time. The situation I had was less than ideal and he was able to get everything fixed/replaced despite uncovering a challenging situation. Jim was fantastic! Even with a mangled description, he knew what was wrong and was able to fix it. He was very responsive to all my questions and my difficult schedule.
