Introduction

Having over 20 years of experience in various home servicing needs I decided to branch out on my own in 2020 to have a more one-on-one focus with my customers. A lot of my work is done on rental properties for a large management company in Milwaukee County. My focus is being efficient, being detailed, and doing the job right promptly. To some, my pricing may seem high. But in all honesty, a lot of my pricing is lower than what it should cost for the market. I will not shy away from pointing something out to any customer if it would be a cost-saving benefit to them before work begins. Let's get the job done and progress forward. I had a weekend plumbing debacle and was looking for someone who could come out on a Saturday so I could turn the water back on in my house. JSArnold replied to my inquiry very quickly and was able to assess the situation and give me a specific time he could arrive. He gave me a heads up just prior to his arrival and was on time. The situation I had was less than ideal and he was able to get everything fixed/replaced despite uncovering a challenging situation.
