The most important thing to consider when working with someone is communication, which this person lacks. Initiated a project which was stretched long for months, never equipped with proper tools which shows his in efficiency to understand any work to be done. Used to spend 2 or 3 hours most on any day and called off now and then. Transferred him the final payment on his assurance to finish remaining work to be completed which is a lot And since then, no reply on call or text. Literally exhausted calling him for last 10 days or so. No professionalism at all.
