- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local moves, we charge an hourly rate based on the number of guys and trucks needed to complete the job We typically charge $50/hr for the truck and $50/hr for each guy. So if you need two guys and one of our vehicles, we would charge $150/hr. For interstate jobs, we charge an all encompassing fixed price that doesn't change. That way you aren't surprised by a final cost that wasn't agreed upon ahead of time. Specialty pieces: We typically charge a fixed price (cash preferred since these jobs are smaller)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to set up a phone call to go over the details of the move. You can also send an email with an inventory list and starting/ending address and we can get you a quote. If it's a larger move (bigger than a 2bdrm apt), we typically like to come out and do an onsite visit if possible. We can also do video walkthroughs if necessary.

13 years of experience moving households and businesses. We are originally out of Madison, WI but are attempting to open up a branch in Nashville.
