We hired RJ's to shovel snow for us during the 2024-25 season. While the winter was relatively mild and we didn't get much snow, he was very communicative anytime there was snow. I really appreciate that he would check in when there was a small amount to see if we needed him or not. He was also always prompt. His quality was also great. The last service we had used only did the bare minimum and only cleared our driveway and sidewalk. RJ did a great job of making sure the walkway in our back yard was clear too and also was very considerate about where he piled the snow.
Most recently we used RJ's to repaint our living room. We had gotten electrical work done and had half a dozen large holes that needed to be patched. RJ went above and beyond and also corrected some other issues we were having with our plaster without being asked.
