Make-A-List Home Maintenance

Hi. My name is Ryan. I do small jobs around the house (fix a toilet, hang a TV, patch a hole, build some shelves, deep cleaning) for an affordable hourly rate (35hr). I also do bike repair/cleaning/tuning right at your home. Minimum visit is two hours. My little business is just for some supplemental income. I am available during the week from 9am to 2pm. I offer a discounted rate (30hr) for customers that use my service regularly (once a month) to maintain their property. Make a list of stuff for me to get done! I provide a copy of my state identification and list of references.
