- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not set in stone. There is room for negotiating as some work may be easier to accomplish as well as more difficult. All work will be discussed with client prior to work being performed so that pricing can be agreed on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Developing customer relationship through genuine care and concern of their situation is key to establishing trust prior to pickup . Will discuss in person or on the phone what the problematic situation is and offer Solutions prior to pick up and troubleshooting of their computer system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
