- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to remain competitive in our pricing. We have Workers Comp Ins/ Company Insurance, and provide all supplies and equipment which are all factored into pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set up a meet and greet 2. We will walk your property /take measurements and find out what your specific cleaning needs are. 3. We will send a free estimate via QuickBooks 4. Upon acceptance of quote, we will sign a two year contract. Either party can cancel with a 14 day notice. 5. We take over as your cleaning professionals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Past experience in a Big Box store. Held all positions, including HR and Operations Manager. overseeing the janitorial companies and doing regular cleaning audits. Owning CleanSource Cleaning Services, I do the hiring, payroll, training and hands on cleaning.
