- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is negotiable and depends on location and size of the event. I try my best to keep costs low to easily fit within the customers budget. Special pricing is available for charities and churches. For big events, I can bring my teenage kids to help twist for an extra fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation with the customer to understand his or her event. We can then determine how my services can add to the fun. Face to face meetings are fine too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience with twisting balloons and am great with kids. I have five of my own (ages 3-16).
