- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based primarily on the time it takes us to get your bookkeeping to a monthly maintenance mode. Once we are in a monthly cadence, there will be a flat monthly fee for basic bookkeeping. Extra services requested would be billed hourly. Prices are based on average time and number of transactions we will manage on a monthly basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are sent a new client questionnaire and we will do a brief interview either in person, Zoom, or phone call. Once we have reviewed the client account, we will send a contract listing the scope of work to be performed and the monthly charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified Intuit QuickBooks Pro Advisors and have 45 years combined experience in bookkeeping and accounting. Both partners have multiple certificates of completion/degrees in different areas of expertise. There are Enrolled Agents and Tax Experts on staff.
