I wanted to share my recent experience, which was unfortunately disappointing. The technician canceled and rescheduled the appointment multiple times, and then eventually stopped responding altogether. This left us with a non-functional refrigerator, resulting in food spoilage for our tenant.
I ultimately had to seek help from another company I found through Google to resolve the issue.
Suggestions for Improvement:
• Maintain consistent communication with customers, especially when delays or rescheduling are necessary.
• Prioritize timely service for urgent repairs like refrigerators to minimize inconvenience and potential losses for customers.
