I wanted to share my recent experience, which was unfortunately disappointing. The technician canceled and rescheduled the appointment multiple times, and then eventually stopped responding altogether. This left us with a non-functional refrigerator, resulting in food spoilage for our tenant.
I ultimately had to seek help from another company I found through Google to resolve the issue.
Suggestions for Improvement:
• Maintain consistent communication with customers, especially when delays or rescheduling are necessary.
• Prioritize timely service for urgent repairs like refrigerators to minimize inconvenience and potential losses for customers.

He has not shown up! Was to be here at 1:30, then texted not until after 4:30. Then said he just got back from IL to Milwaukee give him a few. It is now 6:50pm, and no show! Texted him at 6:30 are you lost? No response. Called his phone number, no answer. My refrigerator is not working. Food in cooler and on counters....needed a repairman ASAP!
