- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not guess on repairs or give blind quotes over the phone. We charge a flat $99 diagnostic fee to come to your home, properly test the machine, and find the exact root cause of the failure. Once diagnosed, we provide a transparent, upfront price for the actual repair. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You book a diagnostic appointment. I arrive, gather data on the machine's symptoms, and use proper diagnostic tools (like a multimeter) to isolate the failed component. Once I prove exactly what is broken, I provide a straightforward repair estimate. If you approve, we execute the repair. No guesswork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from UWSP and formerly worked as a clinical laboratory supervisor at ThedaCare. I am heavily trained in Lean Six Sigma. I apply this exact same strict, data-driven diagnostic methodology to troubleshooting complex home appliance failures.
