Pro: The quality of the work appears very professional and nicely done. Cons: During the first week, the contractor was either unable to make it or he came and worked a few hours and then left. I never knew the actual time the contractor would arrive until after I texted him the day of to find out if he was still coming, and if so, what time he planned to arrive. It was never the time he told me the day prior. There was no "team" or "crew"; his son did come one day to take the old materials out of the basement and another day to help with some framing work. What was supposed to be a 3- day job took almost two weeks to complete.
