Josh was very good at communicating with me before and duing the day of the move. Both movers were very careful with our belongings and showed concerns on how items were carried and packed. There was no use of inappropriate language and neither mover showed demonstrated any signs of frustration or discouragement even though there were some rough moments. Look forward to using them again on a future move.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Truck fees for any moves over 25 miles in total. Also if you pay with credit card a 3.5% fee will be on the bill. For normal moves bill starts when I leave the office and when I return. $50 truck fee then .99 per mile Fuel surcharge varies depending on how far For unload/loading truck the bill will be charged for one way Minimum of 2 hours for moves

After the customers reaches out, I run them through a quote and we go from there.
