What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to offer very competitive web development rates to all our Thumbtack clients. Depending on the type of the task my hourly rates range from $40 to $60 per hour. I always produce detailed invoices so you know exactly what you are paying for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During an initial free consultation with a client, I gather any necessary info about the project scope, requirements, and purpose. After that, I prepare a detailed project proposal that upon client's agreement acts like a binding contract. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent over 5 years on education in different areas of website design, development, SEO, and software development. Besides having 4-year Bachelor Degree in Marketing I am also a certified Java Programmer. In 2015 I obtained Software Development and Mobile Programmer Technical Diplomas from Waukesha County Technical College. Besides Java, I have a fluent knowledge of many other programming languages including PHP, CSS3, jQuery, and HTM5. I am also a seasoned and experienced Wordpress developer.
