- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a little bit of a higher fee, for that reason is we have two house cleaners at all times so the timing in the home will not be as long, plus we offer discounts to reputable customers. Referring customers also get another discount on top of theirs for referring friends to the company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss over the phone about what our price could be, but I would rather try to be in the home so the customer can walk me through exactly what they want done, because some people confuse a deep clean to a standard clean so prices could vary and be a big difference in number. So with a better outcome of needs and wants from myself and my customers I prefer to do both over the phone and in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Business Management Associates Degree. With years of experience with working with more experienced cleaners I have learned a lot to saving time, but still getting work done correctly, to working with customers and guaranteeing their needs and wants meet.
