I truly wish I could choose all five items instead of just three, because as great as the work quality, professionalism, and value was, Jordan was equally responsive and punctual. Jordan was exceptionally professional and helpful in helping to rescue our backyard as it had become rather overgrown. This included helping to determine which plants to remove for potential health reasons (dogs), wedding, general care, and recommendations for future maintenance. Amazing response time and communication. I submitted a request on a Sunday and he came out the next day (a holiday!) to take a look at our yard. He let me know where it made sense and didn’t make sense to sod so I believe he is honest and fair. He provided a very affordable estimate that day for a project tailored to the specific needs of our yard.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to connect with the customer over the phone and compile and pictures of their project area they have. From there, I like to potentially meet with them and person and look at their area on-site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been Landscaping for the last ten years ranging from sod/seed jobs, recompiling beds, mulching, heavy rock removal, etc.
