I have hired Nomadee LLC to have new balcony door installed and a window in my bedroom. Andrey went above and beyond to help me pick new sliding door and window and installing them. My friend used Nomadee LLC to get their remodelling done after which they referred Andrey to me. Great work, seamless process and everything was done as I expected. We hired Nomadee LLC for a complete remodeling after my condo was left in terrible shape by previous tenants. Initially, I was skeptical about working with a one-man crew, but Andrey exceeded all our expectations. He was incredibly punctual, professional, and accommodating to my budget. The quality of his work was outstanding—he even addressed areas I hadn’t noticed or couldn’t access.
My wife and I were so impressed with the results that we hired him again to prepare the condo for new tenants. Andrey went above and beyond by helping us source new appliances, finding the best quality options within our budget. Even though I live outside Wisconsin, he received all the appliances and installed them perfectly.

We had water damage from an old window and we had Nomadee do the framing and drywall work after the window was replaced. They did a great job matching the texture and paint.
We also had them install new LVP flooring, at a later date.
Work was done in quickly. Wife was happy both times

- About a year ago I was looking for someone to paint my garage because it was not renovated. I’ve looked everywhere around my area and was not lucky to find anyone that I felt was capable to do the work well. It was wonderful that I found this company and they were willing to come to Chicago to do the work. The work was done very well and my garage looks absolutely wonderful. Everything was done punctually and they cleaned up after the work was done which some companies don’t do. Also, they quoted me with a reasonable price that I was very happy with. I definitely recommended to my family and friends.
