Nate and Desmond came round to get my grandfather's security system running. If you haven't met my grandfather, you are blessed. He is turning 84, has dementia, and a family history of schizophrenia. This means a lot of things "go missing". Whether we "found" them later made no difference, the conclusion was that someone must have stolen them.Forging past my grandfather's need to recount the entire saga of the the alleged thief and his rusting valuables, they got everything set up and were able to explain to me the basics before leaving. My grandfather, a product of his time, was crass and even sprinkled a racial slur into his stories for flavor. Nate and Desmond quickly changed the subject and remained professional.Very appreciative. I'm happy to know Connect Techs is available if anything happens and we need support, but I pray that day does not come in my grandfather's lifetime.

I highly recommend Connect Techs if you are considering a security system. I have been wanting to get a security system setup at my business for a couple of years but every time I took some time to research things I made up excuses to not go ahead with it (too many options, not sure who to hire, should I do it myself?, etc.). Recently, a friend recommended I contact Connect Techs. They responded quickly and we set up a date for them to come take a look at things and have a conversation about what I would need. We took a walk around the space and after talking things through we decided on an 8 camera system, and they emailed me a quote that evening. The price was actually a little less than what I had imagined it would be, and once everything was installed I was very impressed with how high quality everything was! The install was done in an existing business of mine which made for a few small challenges, but the small team they had here got everything done in just a few hours. They showed up 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and they were very professional while also being personable and friendly the entire time. After the install was complete they took some time to show me how to use the monitoring app at the base station and on my phone. I was blown away by the quality of the video. I love how easy everything is to learn and use, and the phone app has a lot of features. The entire process was phenomenal, and again, I highly recommend them if you are considering a security system! And if I ever need an audio system installed I will definitely reach out to Connect Techs to see how they can help since they specialize in that as well. Thank you!
