Deb Curtis is a beacon of resilience and unity in diversity. Abandoned as a
child, to a domestic abuse survivor, overcoming personal and professional
adversities, she transformed her hardships into empowerment.
After excelling in a male-dominated corporate world,
she founded her business in 2018.
Her mission is to champion diversity and inclusion supporting women and
all people of color, by preparing them for purchase financing an established, money-making small business, with the best bank loan structure backed by the SBA.
Today, we need to level out the business ownership playing field with unity
in diversity, and not be overpowered by one demographic.

I had the opportunity to have an 'apocalyptic chat' with Deb, for One World in a New World podcast, after doing some research on her activity in the serving of others.
Her journey examples the fire in the belly of a devote servant to others; full of faith, love and trust in the flow of guidance and connection from the infinite intelligence most of us call God. She's found a way to make it practical and pragmatic in her work.
Now you might think that odd, yet in business today the underwhelming service given to women and minorities in lending opportunities is absolutely horrible. Deb is doing something about that, from being a consumate professional, passed over because of her sex and lack of education, to being a powerhouse in delivering women and minority business owners access to capital they might not have had otherwise. To me, that's how we grow together; serving each other with the knowledge and skillset we've developed to date - free of the old paradigms.
