Matt demolished an old cement porch with a steep step and built a new one with normal steps and a railing. He provided two estimates based on options, and gave me receipts for most of the materials. He completed the job in reasonable timing, saved me money where he could on materials, shared pics of similar job prior to starting, and kept in touch by text message with progress along the way.
